Our story
In 2019, on a perfect winter’s day, with a big blue Perth sky, The Leadership Imperative was born. It was a long conception, 30 years!
Founder – Liz Burke – was armed with enthusiasm, work ethic and the support of her family and friends – the time was right to share her expertise in leadership, organisational development and improving organisational performance.
In our five years of operations, we have achieved success with clients through;

We have served clients in the WA public sector, not for profits (WA and Victoria) and small businesses (WA and Victoria).
We rebel against outdated leadership habits and in consultation with clients encourage the adoption of modern workplace practices.
